In January I set a goal of earning all 12 Apple Activity Challenge badges. I did not factor in what it would be like to have a baby in July and didn’t know I would start a new job in the fall. So I didn’t meet my goal, and I’m perfectly ok with it.

While I would kill to see The Rise of Skywalker again in theaters, as a Dad of small kids that isn’t likely to happen. However, I did get to see Frozen 2 a second time, and it totally holds up.
In attempts to teach our girls how to spell McClellan so they’re prepared when we adopt them (hopefully next month), I wrote a song and taught it to them tonight. It…didn’t go great on night one. There are just so many Ls.
Mistakes were made, and I have ended up at a mall on December 22. If I don’t make it out alive, it’s been nice knowing you all.

But the facts in this instance are unambiguous: The president of the United States attempted to use his political power to coerce a foreign leader to harass and discredit one of the president’s political opponents. That is not only a violation of the Constitution; more importantly, it is profoundly immoral.
So thankful to finally see evangelical institutions beginning to take a stand. It should have happened a long time ago, and more should be doing it. But this is a good thing.

I’ve been playing Sneaky Sasquatch from Apple Arcade, and there is a bear who refers to the titular character as “samsquanch.” I am now referring to my 5-month-old son, Sam, as Samsquanch, and respectfully request you do the same.
With work slowing down a bit thanks to the approaching holidays, I’m finally having time to sit down and dig into Drafts for Mac’s new actions. I’m excited for ways this can make my job easier. Hopefully once I get things set the way I like I can write it up.

Using the utility Toolbox Pro, I created a Shortcut to quickly convert Apple Music links to Spotify and vice versa. Just share a link from either service into the shortcut via the share sheet or copy the URL to your clipboard and run the shortcut.
All Apple Music Replay (or @viticci’s Apple Music Wrapped shortcut) tells me is that my children were obsessed with Descendants in 2019.

🏈 This game had everything: Pick 6s, kickoffs returned for TDs, Tim Cook 25 yards away from me, a missed Bama kick, last second nail biting, an Auburn win, and most importantly, the McClellans in the house for our first Iron Bowl at Jordan-Hare. War Damn Eagle. 🦅
I’m rewatching some of Star Wars Rebels on Disney+, and had totally forgotten that the blurrgs from the first episodes of The Mandalorian were first seen in The Clone Wars and Rebels. Cool tie in.
I really liked the first Frozen movie, but it has not been able to stand up to 13 million subsequent viewings. That being said, after my first viewing of Frozen II, I liked it a lot more than the first. Will it hold up? Time will tell.
